THE CLAIMS MANAGEMENT REGULATOR?

It is important to understand that the Claims Management Regulator (CRM) is only responsible for financial institutional claims. These types of claims are more common in PPI Payment Protection Insurance and MSA Miss sold bank accounts.

 

The Claims Management Regulator does not regulate (Oversee) Section 75 Charge back or litigation claims.

 

In the event a customer wishes to switch or pursue a regulated claim Newmoor Claims will act as an Introducer and pass you to such a regulated company.

 

WE DO NOT COLD CALL

Newmoor Claims do not cold call. All calls are made at the clients request and these details are provided by companies who act as introducers. It's these introducers who will have, because of your permission suggested that you speak with us, this is because we can better your current claim already in play!
